We recently completed a large site migration from Drupal Commerce to Magento 1.9.1.1 CE

Due to the nature of Drupal Commerce, migrating the customers and and assigning the orders was tricky.  The reason being is that certain data required for the creation of Magento accounts is not required for the creation of Drupal accounts.
When all was said and done we had ended up moving over 50,000 customers, millions of dollars worth of orders, 300 downloadable and physical products hosted on Amazon S3,  60 content pages, 350 blog posts and 150 coupon codes.
